Brainstorm an invention and use littleBits™ electronic blocks to make your idea come to life. Experiment with connecting batteries, light and sound sensors to your invention to see what will happen!

Robot Design Lab, 10:00am

Robots are everywhere in our world and are used for different purposes. Design a robot using recycled materials and a windup mechanism. What will your robot do?

EatPlayGrow™ Tots: Fabulous Fruits, 10:00am

4 & younger

Create a healthy fruit basket to explore texture, shapes, size, and colors. Pictures of fruit will be available to help introduce new fruits and build vocabulary.
Kindergarten Readiness Skills: Learn descriptive vocabulary; develop color recognition, sensory awareness and creative expression.
 

New York Happening: Mixed Media Art Installation, 10:00am

All ages

Red Grooms collaborated with a variety of artists, staging events and art installations called “happenings.”  Add to CMOM’s  ongoing mixed media installation / communal “happening”  by creating your own vision of New York using wood pieces, metal and clay.

Sing, move your body and use your listening ears to hear special stories.
