Program Scheduling

Fees: Sign up for individual sessions or for an entire class. Sessions are $250 each (for up to 25 school-age students or up to 20 early childhood participants). Receive a 10% discount for 10 or more sessions. Payment in full is required before the last session.

Supplies: All supplies are included. Disposable aprons and drop cloths are provided for messy projects. All materials used are non-toxic and washable.

Space Requirements: CMOM recommends that classes take place in a classroom that has a door and has a table at which each student can sit. For some science classes it is recommended that there is access to a sink. In some art and drama classes it is recommended that there is space for body movement activities.

Age Recommendations: Each program has a range of recommended ages for which they can be taught. While broad age ranges can be accommodated, CMOM recommends that the range of ages within a class does not exceed 2 years. This allows all students to be equally challenged and engaged.

Staffing Requirements: CMOM requires a representative from the school or CBO to be in attendance throughout the duration of the class.

Scheduling Requirements: To register, a minimum of 4 sessions is required. Schedule a school-wide fair for the day or weekly classes for an after-school program. CMOM can mix and match classes to create a sampler specially designed for your site.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to a scheduled visit in order to receive a refund (50% of the total fee is non-refundable).

Scheduling: Sessions can be scheduled during school or after-school hours. Please call Susan Lim at 212-721-1223 x225.
