Early Childhood Programs

These theme-based pre-school programs help students learn early classroom skills such as transitions, through art, music storytelling and circle time.

These programs are designed to meet New York State and New York City Department of Education performance standards for early childhood creative expression and aesthetic development and cognitive development.

Sense-ational Science

Recommended Ages: 3-4 Years
Prepare your students for a visit to CMOM’s PlayWorks™ exhibition or use this early childhood program to introduce young students to science and help them explore how scientists use their senses to better understand the world around them.

Presentation: The Truth about Wild Wolves: The Atka Traveling Ambassador Wolf, 2:00pm

The program will include an awe-inspiring, up-close encounter with this important but misunderstood predator. Families will learn about the history of wolves in the United States, the importance of wolves in a healthy ecosystem, and the efforts to save these magnificent creatures for future generations.  Presented by the Wolf Conservation Center (WCC) in South Salem, NY
