Eat Sleep Play: Family Programs

Eat Sleep Play: Family Programs

Hands-on Healthy Tots

Ages 4 years & younger

Research shows that children are never too young to learn about healthy living. CMOM’s Hands-on Healthy Tots program provides visitors with a creative introduction to nutrition and healthy living through games, stories, science experiments and art.

Healthy Lifestyles

Ages 5 years & older

Nurture your body as well as your mind at CMOM! Join us for a variety of exciting activities that emphasize both fun and wellness. Hands-on cooking demonstrations with professional chefs will show you that healthy cooking can be simple, fun and delicious. Exercise workshops with certified fitness experts will inspire children and families to increase their activity level and relieve stress in the process.

Please Note: Workshops for 5 years & older require same-day registration. Sign up begins one hour before each workshop at the Visitor Information Desk. Space is limited.

Check out the CMOM calendar for a full listing of upcoming Healthy Tots and Healthy Lifestyles workshops!
