Holiday Giving
This year, as so many programs and organizations face life-threatening budget cuts, help CMOM continue to provide vital services to communities where the need is greatest. By making an end of year contribution, you will help make the dream a reality for the residents at the James Weldon Johnson Houses, where CMOM has been asked by the City of New York to bring the same dynamic arts, literacy and health education programs and interactive exhibits we offer at the Museum to a public housing community in East Harlem.
Finally after ten long years of waiting for a safe place for children to learn and play, residents of the Johnson Houses in Harlem will have a brand new community and daycare center with CMOM programs and exhibits starting in January. However, CMOM still needs to raise $100,000 this year to match government dollars and fully fund the project!
You can help in large and small ways. A gift of $100 will pay for art materials for a week of programming. A gift of $20,000 would sponsor a piece of CMOM exhibitry in the new center! But even with a gift of just $50, you are making a difference. Please donate now!
On behalf of the children and families at the Johnson Houses, thank you for sharing the gift of CMOM!
Warm wishes to you and your loved ones this holiday season!
